“Racquet and Paddle Peakers” is for all Peakers who share a love of sports such as tennis, pickleball, racquetball, squash, badminton, and paddleball.
Racquet and paddle sports involve cardiovascular, strengthening, balance, coordination, and mobility exercises. Furthermore, they exercise the mind, as they offer opportunities for strategic planning, mindfulness, and socialization. They complement our healthy MPC lifestyle.
We welcome all Peakers, from novices to experienced players to join “Racquet and Paddle Peakers”. We’ll share our love of these sports, tips, tricks, highs, lows, wins, losses, questions, etc. in a fun and supportive environment. We hope you’ll join us!
