This group is dedicated to rest days, sleep improvement, mindfulness and recovering from injuries. We discuss balance, share ideas about wellness and self care.
We have been working together to make this site more helpful so we can all get the rest and recovery we need to stay vibrant, healthy, and thrive in our daily lives and in MPC. We introduce themes and topics to focus on monthly and weekly. By sharing our experience, strength, and hope we can all learn and grow together as well as deepen our practice in recovery and keep those injured motivated.
